Tarukumbira is an accountant with over 20 years of experience in Finance. She holds a Master in Business Administration and a degree in Business Studies from the University of Zimbabwe. Tarukumbira is also a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administration

David is the managing director for NicozDiamond Insurance. He is an established insurance professional with more than 15 years experience, David started his career with FBC Reinsurance as an Assistant Underwriter in 2001 and rose to become the branch manager for Bulawayo.

He joined the First Mutual group in 2003 as Facultative Manager for First Mutual Reinsurance at its inception.He contributed to the development of the business from a greenfield project to a marketleader with significant regional presence.

David was promoted to Operations Executive for First Mutual Reinsurance before taking up his current role He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Insurance and Risk Management(Zimbabwe), and a master`s degree in business administration from the Eastern and Southern African Management Institute(ESAMI).

Douglas is an accomplished business leader and Group ChiefExecutive Officer of FMHL. He holds a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Mathematics (University of Zimbabwe), is a qualified Actuary with more than 22 year`s experience. He is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries of the United Kingdom 1999 (FIFA), and is also a Fellow of the Actuarial Society of South Africa (FASSA).

Douglas started his actuarial career with Old Mutual in 1990 and worked in both the Harare and Cape Town offices until 1999, when he joined First Mutual Life. He rose through the ranks to become Managing Director of First Mutual Life in 2003 and Chief Executive of First Mutual Limited in 2004 Douglas was instrumental in setting up First Mutual Reinsurance Company (FMRE Property & Casualty), Tristar Insurance Company and African Actuarial Consultants from a Division of First Mutual Life Assurance Society. His career has seen him at the helm of Altfin Holdings and First Mutual Limited. In addition, Douglas is involved in community transformation initiatives focusing on education.

He works closely with national development organizations and is the past chairman for Zimbabwe National Statistics Agency(ZIMSTATS).He serves on a number of boards and is a past chairman of Actuarial Society of Zimbabwe.

Chishamiso is a seasoned investment and operations professional withover 22 years of combined experience in general management, private equity, corporate finance and advisory in sub-Saharan Africa. Based in Maputo, Chishamiso (Chish) is the Regional Investment Director (Southern Africa) for Norfund; the Norwegian development finance institution that invests in SME`s across the energy, agriculture manufacturing, consumer and financial services sectors. Prior to Norfund, Chish worked at BXR Agro, the agri-investment arm of BXR Partners (a Dutch private equity fund with US$ 4 billion AUM). Prior to joining BXR, Chish was the Managing Director of Rei do Agro Limitada, a green-field agri-entity that pioneered and operated an 800 Ha grain farm in Northern Mozambique. Chish has also held senior advisory and finance roles in other African-based entities including Ernst & Young, and Matanuska Mocambique Limitada. Chishamiso is a Zimbabwean national, fluent in three languages - English, Portuguese and Shona. In addition to being a Chartered Global Management Accountant (“CGMA”), and to holding a B. Compt (Bachelor of Accounting Science) from the University of South Africa, he is also an MBA graduate from IMD in Switzerland.

António has a degree in Business Administration and Management (ISG, Portugal) and Strategic insurance, risk and regulatory management (BICON, Sweden / Price Forbes, South Africa) Main positions He is General Manager in Business Administration and Management consulting services at Finanserve, Lda.
He is the Administrator at CIM- Centro de Inspecção Automóvel, Lda and IAM-Inspecção Automóvel de Moçambique, Lda.
He was the Consultant and co-coordinator in the implementation of the Inspection Center in Moçambique, Lda.
He was General manager at Alexander Forbes Moçambique Corretores de Seguros, Lda.
He was General director and consultant in implementing Mozal insurance: PF Jardine Moçambique, Corretores de Seguros Moçambique, Lda.
He was General director at Sogecor Lda.
He was Independent consultant and implementer of insurance brokerage.
He was Head of Department of Agriculture at Instituto Nacional de Açucar

Octavio was appointed Head of General Manager for Organization & Methods in 2015. Previously Octavio was Head of Operations from 2004.
He joined in 2000 BNP Nedbank, then BancABC as Chief Accountant. He started his banking career in 1985 when he joined Banco de Moçambique.
He spent 20 years of his career in Finance where he held several positions at Banco de Mocambique and the last position he held was Chief Accountant. In 1992, with the of split of comercial functions at the Central Bank he was part of the founding team of Banco Comercial de Moçambique, as Chief Accountant. Later he moved to the Treasury Department has Senior Treasury Manager.
He holds BSc(Hons) degree in Management from Eduardo Mondlane University and a Diploma in Economic Principles and Postgraduate in Financial Management from the University of London.

Aggrippa is currently the Enterprise IT Service Transition Manager for a huge International NGO. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Management) - UNISA and an Advanced Diploma in Telecommunications & Electronic Engineering - City & Guilds. He is currently completing a double Masters in Masters in IT and Masters in Business Administration (IT) with Charles Sturt University. Aggrippa also holds various IT industry certifications such as CISM, CISA, CISM, CGEIT, ITIL and others. Aggrippa has more than 24 year`s experience in various regional and global leadership positions in the IT industry. This has included working on various IT governance, audit and security projects both regionally and globally. Of recent he successfully led a global project to deploy enterprise wide IT processes for a huge international NGO, which involved working with consultancy firms such as Hackett, Info-tech and Gartner.

Sara has spent the last 20 years of her professional career in both administrative and management positions.
After completion of Honours degree in Law in 2013, she started her career as a lawyer at Law firm Monteiro e Graça Associados (MGA) and at later stage as a consultant at KPMG.
From the last 12 years she has worked in the Oil and Gas Industry at Sasol as Senior Legal Advisor and, in the last 5 years as Senior Police Specialist.
During this period, she had the privilege of working not only in the legal area but also in the management area as Board Member, gaining solid experience in all matters related to legal issues and management to run operations of the oil and gas Industry in Mozambique.
